downloads of spoken-word hypnosis recordings which may be purchased
online by following the simple instructions on this site. Your purchase
of any hypnosis CD or download subject to confirmation by us and
governed by these terms and any other conditions specified on the site
or in e-mails or other product information from us at the time of
purchase. Permitted use of hypnosis CD’s and downloads: By purchasing any hypnosis session via this site you shall be entitled to: - download the hypnosis session as an MP3 file onto a single computer or by any other means agreed between us from time to time; - save a copy of the hypnosis session onto a CD, tape, mini-disc, MP3 player or onto the hard drive of your computer; - use the hypnosis session by listening to it for your own personal use in accordancewith any instructions given to you by us. You must not use any content of this site or hypnosis session for any commercial purpose, unless you are a practicing professional hypnotherapist in which case you may use the hypnosis sessions for the purposes of your own professional development, by which we mean that: - you may use any hypnosis sessions that you purchase as reference materials and suggested scripts for your own one-to-one therapy sessions with clients inaccordance with acceptable practices; but - you MAY NOT make available copies or play any of the hypnosis downloads to yourclients; and - you MAY NOT claim to be associated with us in any way or to use our name inconnection with your own practice. We reserve the right to suspend this site at any time for operational, regulatory, legalor other reasons. We may terminate your use of this site with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms.
